Shipping & Returns

We’re certain that Pioneer will meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from Pioneer, merchandise may be returned with a pre-approved Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number, at the customer’s expense, if it is returned in good condition. There will be a 20% restocking charge on all returns. Customers have 14 calendar days, from the date of issuance of an RMA number, to ship the part(s) prepaid to Pioneer. Merchandise that has been damaged, used, or welded may not be returned. Custom order tarps are not returnable or refundable. All shipping costs to and from destination are the responsibility of the customer.
