The Top Tarper consists of an axle that runs the entire length of the trailer. The axle utilizes multiple 8 foot sections. Axles are joined together with a bow anchor or axle connector and is supported by 5 hinges. The hinges have brass bushings and grease fittings. Trailer has corner bracing and cross bracing. The TT6000 has aluminum bows with anchors.

The system utilizes two cables running outboard on side for tarp tensioning. Power is hydraulic to rotary actuator. The standard tarp is plastic mesh. The Top Tarper is available in three different models:

 

TT6000 PTOM (PTO Manual Valve), TT6000 PP (Self Power Pack) and TT6000 PTOE  (PTO Electric Control).
